ਚਿਹਰੋਂ ਪੇ ਸਭਕੇ ਚਿਹਰਾ

A mask hides behind every face
ਆਂਖੋਂ ਮੇਂ ਆਏ ਪਰਦਾ
AMkhoM meM Ae paradA
A veil has fallen over the eyes

A dense fog has spread everywhere
ਸਾਰੀ ਹੈਂ ਰਾਹੇਂ ਗੁਮਰਾਹ
sArI haiM rAheM gumarAha
All the paths have led us [Gumraah: astray/misled]
ਕਿਆ ਜ਼ੁਰਮ ਹੈ ਕਿਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਵਜਹ
kiA ja਼urama hai kiA rahI hai vajaha
ਇਤਨਾ ਤੋ ਹਮਕੋ ਹੈ ਪਤਾ
itanA to hamako hai patA
What is the crime and what was the reason?
ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀ ਫਿਰ ਸਜ਼ਾ
