A little bit of softness
ਅੱਛੀ ਲੱਗੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ
achChI lagge ja਼iMdagI
Makes life feel so beautiful
ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਗਰਮੀ
tho.DhI jihI garamI
A little bit of warmth
ਖਿੜਦੀ ਹੈ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ
khi.DadI hai ja਼iMdagI
And life begins to bloom
ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਨਰਮੀ

A little bit of softness
ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਗਰਮੀ

A little bit of warmth
ਖ਼ਵਾਇਸ਼ ਇੰਨੀ

This is my only desire
ਹੋਠਾਂ ਕੀ ਬੰਸੀ ਤੇ
hoThAM kI baMsI te
Upon the flute of my lips
ਛੋਟੀ ਛੋਟੀ ਸੀ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀ
ChoTI ChoTI sI kha਼usa਼I
Small, tiny moments of joy
ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਨਰਮੀ

ਮੁਸਕੁਰਾਏ ਹਲਕੀ ਹਵਾ ਜਿਉਂ

Like a gentle breeze softly smiling
ਗੁਣਗੁਣਾਏ
guNaguNAe
Humming a sweet tune
ਆਤਾ ਜਾਏ ਰੌਣਕ ਪਾਏ
AtA jAe rauNaka pAe
Coming and going, spreading radiance
ਵਧਾਈਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਜਾਏ
vadhAIAM karadA jAe
Offering congratulations as it passes
ਮੈਂਨੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੀ
maiMne nahIM kise hora kI
I belong to no one else
ਹੂੰ ਬੱਚਾ ਮੈਂ ਗੁਲਜ਼ਾਰ ਕੇ
hUM bachchA maiM gulaja਼Ara ke
