ਉਹਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਭੇਜ ਫ਼ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਨਾਂ ਰੱਖ ਲਿਆ ਮਾਪੇ

So He sent angels in His place and named them parents
ਹੱਥ ਫੜ ਤੂੰ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਜਿਹਨੂੰ ਤੁਰਨਾ ਉਹ ਅੰਬਰਾਂ 'ਚ ਉੱਡਦੀ ਫਿਰੇ

The one whose hand you held to teach her to walk, now soars through the skies
ਕਿੱਥੇ ਛੱਡ ਗਿਆ ਘਰ ਸੁੰਨਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੇ ਆ ਜਾ ਲਾਡੋ ਲੱਭਦੀ ਫਿਰੇ

ਜਿਵੇਂ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਚਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਜਾ ਕੇ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਮਾਲੀ ਸਾਂਭ ਕੇ
