He shall embark on [Udasiyan: long spiritual travels] through the world
ਤੇ ਸੱਚ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ
te sachcha dA hI prachAra
And preach nothing but the absolute Truth
ਸੰਤ ਫ਼ਕੀਰ ਵੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ
saMta pha਼kIra vI hoNage
Saints and [Fakir: holy mendicants/ascetics] will follow Him
ਇਹਦੇ ਆਸ਼ਿਕ਼ ਲੱਖ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ
ihade Asa਼iqa lakkha haja਼Ara
He will have hundreds of thousands of devoted lovers
ਇਹਦੇ ਲੰਗਰ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ

Sometimes He will sit upon a red-hot iron plate
ਕਦੇ ਚੱਕ ਲਊ ਤਲਵਾਰ

Sometimes He will take up the sword for justice
ਕਦੇ ਦਊ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਧਰਮ ਲਈ

Sometimes He will offer His life for righteousness

When He dons the eleventh form
ਕੁਲ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ

Amidst the entire congregation
